“NO-LOST-TIME”  M.S.D. School employee training session.


We seek to make your employees motivated experts on their working musculoskeletal system... how it is put together, how it works, how it breaks down... work demands... aging effects.. fatigue.. pain.  People hunger for this knowledge, giving them control.


They learn exactly how the common pain problems develop in the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, lower back.  Once they understand how problems develop, they become motivated and skilled at avoiding these problems.  They appreciate this.


Employees consistently find this to be a highly-motivating class that gives them practical, useful, valuable advice they find easy to follow.  Feedback has been great !


They learn personal ergonomics skills, posture strain reduction tactics, easy self-care strategies.  Specific tactics include posture controls, sit-stand options, ergonomics tricks, alternative work patterns, after-work self-care for daily aches & pains,

plus a unique “micro-stretching” program customized to fit their work risks.


The emphasis is on hot to avoid work fatigue - discomfort - pain

(not so much on diseases) and  how to take care of your working aging body.
